It's the FIRST DAY of School! 

{ Summer Vacation . Part One }

We had such a great time while we were gone....here, let me show you pictures, I think that will explain better than I could with words....

I love summer! Relaxing, sleeping in, no pressure...wait a minute, that has NOT been our week this week. Though it has been a good one, we haven't done much sleeping in or relaxing at all!

This time of year is maybe my favorite-- anticipation of the summer schedule, but still getting a little time with friends at school. We have been running around here and there, doing as much as we possibly can fit into our days-- and we haven't stopped yet! 
I love this time of year also because we get to look forward to the fun things we have planned. This is what we have so far:

So many fun FUN things we have been doing lately! So much so, that I have a hard time sitting myself down to type. At the moment I'm sitting here in a hotel with not much else to do (read that RELAXING!!) So I wanted to share these fun things with you...

We disagreed, but I think it worked out anyway...

Do you have this too? Eric and I don't always feel the same about what to put up on the walls in our home. The result: many bare walls. When we remodeled the bathrooms last August, I knew that taking the things off the walls was going to present a problem-- getting them or something new put back on!
